** NOTICE **
Scheduling Procedures
To best utilize resources and provide veterinary care to those in need, we require a minimum
of 24 hours notice if you will be unable to attend a scheduled appointment. If cancellation is
not made prior to an appointment, or is made with less than 24 hours notice, an exam fee will
need to be prepaid to schedule any future appointments for any pet on the account. The
prepaid exam fee is non-refundable if the subsequent appointment is cancelled with less than 24 hours notice or missed.
Clients who no call/no show an appointment will be billed for their missed exam fee. Billed
fees must be paid prior to scheduling future appointments and will not be credited towards
future bills.
We hope these policies will encourage timely rescheduling when conflicts arise to allow us to
best service our patient’s needs.
